We coordinate and follow up with the appropriate new business and underwriting departments as well as medical facilities for any outstanding requirements.
We strive to provide same day notification to our agent-customers of the progress of pending applications. We do not get paid on a case until after the agent is paid, making every case just as important to us as it is to you. We handle each case with a sense of urgency.
